520 |a This study uses quantitative methods with the aim of knowing and proving whether there is an effect of organizational justice, compensation, and leadership style of coffee shop owners on the organizational commitment of coffee shop employees in Bekasi City, either partially or simultaneously. Coffee shop employees from 5 sub-districts in Bekasi City who opened 60 employees were used as the population and the sample used a non-probability sampling method with a saturated sample technique. Data collection is done by distributing it to respondents. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis assisted by Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tool with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Test the hypothesis of this study using the t-test and F-test with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. This study obtained the results (1) organizational justice has a positive and partially significant effect on organizational commitment, (2) compensation has a partially positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) leadership style has a positive and partially significant effect on organizational commitment, and (4) organizational justice, compensation, and leadership style have a simultaneous influence on organizational commitment.
