Summary

In a government office, an information system is needed to get fast, accurate and efficient information. It's an important thing in the archive of the incoming and outgoing letters which is handled manually, the example is in Cibodas County. Handled archives manually will take more time especially in finding a letter. The approach used to develop this information system is waterfall approach because of a systematic and sequenced approach. The system is described by Unified Modelling Language often called UML. The information system of an archive of the incoming and outgoing letters is web-based built with programming language PHP and database storage MySQL (phpMyAdmin). This information system result is an efficient letters archive in use.
