Summary

This study is a quantitative study that aims to examine the level of corruption in Indonesian local governments with influencing factors, namely government internal audit, law enforcement and audit opinion. The population in this study is the district and city governments in Indonesia in 2020. The sample in this study consisted of 56 district governments and 28 city governments based on the purposive sampling method with the criteria of district and city governments having corruption cases with permanent legal force in 2020. Hypothesis testing in this study using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with SPSS Version 24 program. The results show that government internal audit has a positive effect on the level of corruption, law enforcement has a negative effect on the variable level of corruption, and opinions have a negative effect on the level of corruption.
