This study case uses the millennial generation in Jatimulya Urban Village. The sample used in this research is 100 millennilas employees whose numbers have been calculated using the Slovin formula. The analytical technique used in this research is the differential analysis method and using IBM SPSS 26 with a significant level of 5%. The result shows that (1) Quality of Work Life has a significant effect on Turnover at the millennial generation in Jatimulya Urban Village. (2) Compensation has a significant effect on Turnover at the millennial generation in Jatimulya Urban Village. (3) Work Motivation has a significant effect on Turnover at the millennial generation in Jatimulya Urban Village. (4) Quality Of WorkLife, Compensation, and Work Motivation have a significant effect together on Turnover at the millennial generation in Jatimulya Urban Village. | ||
