This study used 76 respondents with staff positions at PT Rawajali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). This study uses the PLS method with the software used is SmartPLS 3.0 through partial (T) and simultaneous (F) testing. The results are (1) career development has a significant influence and positive employee job satisfaction, (2) the work environment has a significant influence and positive employee job satisfaction, (3) employee involvement has a significant influence and positive employee job satisfaction, and (4) career development, work environment, and employee engagement provide a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero).
