Summary:Introduction: Telemedicine according to World Health Organization (WHO) is delivery health care services using information and communication technologies for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, research and education to advance health of individuals and communities. Telemedicine in Neurology is an effective tool to assist underserved populations, especially rural communities that don't have sufficient neurology specialists such as Asia where have 60% population of the world's and only 20% of neurologists. Aim: to determine the characteristics of use of Telemedicine in cases of neurology in Asia. Methods: A Systematic Review used PRISMA-P procedure. Publications between 2010-2020 on EBSCO and PubMed database used English and Indonesian Language. JBI Critical Appraisal tools are used to evaluate the quality of the literature. Results: Obtained 24 potential literature. The most function of telemedicine used is consultation (46%). The most consulted Neurologic disorder is stroke (54.1%). The most type used of telemedicine is synchronous (71%). The most media used is video (62,5%). Telemedicine is effective in neurological cases in Asia (92%). Conclusion: Telemedicine characteristics in neurology cases are the most used for consultation with the most consulted neurologic disorder is stroke, the most type of telemedicine used with video media synchronously. Telemedicine is effective in neurological cases in Asia.
