520 |a This is a quantitative research conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work conflict, work environment, and work stress on employee performance. By using employees of PT. Bank Sampoerna Pusat Jakarta as the sample. The sample selection was done by using purposive sampling technique and a sample of 45 people. The hypothesis testing carried out in this study is the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), t-test and F-test using a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of the test obtained (1) there is a positive and significant effect between work conflict on employee performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the work environment on employee performance, (3) there is a positive and insignificant effect between work stress on employee performance, (4) and simultaneously there is an influence between the variables of work conflict, work environment, and work stress on employee performance.
