Summary:People's awareness of the importance of excellent service that is convenient and easy for users requires the availability of an efficient and reliable system. The Library of the National Development University "Veteran" Jakarta is very aware of the importance of a system that can improve student performance. This library system is designed in accordance with the existing process and is equipped with several new features that have been identified, so as to increase efficiency in finding thesis data. The use and utilization of Quick Read Code has been widely found around us for the purpose of marketing and facilitating the provision of information. Quick Read Code has error correction capabilities to restore data if the code is corrupted or dirty. This application is designed using the Java language. In addition, the Quick Read Code performance analysis is carried out in terms of time and error correction. The performance of Quick Read Code is affected by the size of the data and the level of correction. Meanwhile, the performance of Quick Read Code in terms of error correction for data that is damaged by cutting can handle damage to Quick Read Code images around 7%, 15% and 25%. The Quick Read Code created can be used in the library, by using a Quick Read Code scan on a web service and displaying each chapter in the thesis, so that the book search can be based on reviews from visitors, in problems the Base64 algorithm is used to detect Quick Read Code in order to read the digital version. The results of this study are in the form of an android-based application that will provide information about the damaged Quick Read code scan results.
