Therefore, this study was aimed to determine the correlation between Acute Coronary Syndrome with depressive symptoms in Fatmawati General Hospital in 2019/2020. This study is an observational analytic study to examine depression in patients with acute coronary syndrome. The research design used in this study was cross sectional in which the researcher tested the data collected on one occasion with the same subject, using validate BDI II to evaluate the level of depression in patients with acute coronary syndrome. The subjects of this study were 214 patients by random sampling method with acute coronary syndromes in Fatmawati General Hospital.
