| Özet: | The phenomenon of the presence of SPG cigarettes in Indonesia is not a new thing. SPG is a job in the world of marketing or promotion of a product. Not a few companies that open up job opportunities to recruit employees in the service sector, namely SPG. This job generally employs women with attractive physical characteristics as an effort to attract attention using SPG services is a common practice for many companies. SPG acts as a front-liner who deals directly with consumers to promote, offer, and sell products. Through this understanding, researchers are interested in knowing more about the intensity of the Dunhill Cigarette SPG in the Pasar Minggu area. This study was analyzed using the theory of symbolic interactionism. Researchers will use descriptive qualitative methods with a transcendental phenomenology approach. The results of his research stated that SPG cigarettes have unnatural working hours because they often have to work until midnight to meet company targets. This condition is not considered normal by the community, so that the cigarette SPG that works until midnight is often viewed negatively by the community. However,it doesn't interfere with their professionalism as SPG. They have strong positive self concept towards themselves and their work. |
