This study has the objective to determine how the variables of population, the GDP, government spending, and inflation attect Local Own Revenue in the Province. The source of data used were obtained from the Department of Finance, Department of Income and Wealth, the Central Bureau Stasistik (BPS), the Department of Labor and Population Mobility of, as well as related books, journals and other written reports and the type of data used is secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression using the dependent variable is the Local Own Revenue (PAD) while the independent variable is Population, the GDP, and Inflation for the period of 2013-2015. The results show that based on test proved of F-test, the variable number of the population, the ratio of (government expenditure / GDP) and inflation together affect the PAD, because the level of significance is below 0.05 while the t test shows the variables of inflation does not affect the PAD. While variable the rate GDP and population affect the PAD.
