Summary

This study aims to determine the effect of a sense of belonging and charismatic leadership with intrinsic motivation on employees of the Traffic Migration Project Team of PT Lintas Teknologi Evolusi Jakarta. The population in this study were employees on the Traffic Migration Project Team of PT Lintas Teknologi Evolusi Jakarta totaling 40 people with the determination of the sample method, namely non-probability sampling and using a saturated sample technique. So, in this study a sample of 40 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). This study obtained the results, namely: (1) sense of belonging has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, and (2) charismatic leadership has no and no significant effect.
