| Summary: | This study was conducted to examine the effect of institutional ownership, public ownership, Leverage and firm size on Risk Management Disclosure. This study uses the banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as a sample. Sampling technique using purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). Selection of a sample of 40 banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 until 2015 resulted in 35 companies that are acceptable. Testing the hypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 21 and a significance level of 5 %. The results of the testing showed that: (1) institutional ownership has no a significant influence on the Risk Management Disclosure with a significance level of 0,928 is greater than the specified level α = 0,05. (2) Public ownership has no a significant influence on the Risk Management Disclosure with a significance level of 0,337 is greater than the specified level α = 0,05. (3) Leverage has no a significant influence on the Risk Management Disclosure with a significance level of 0,847 is greater than the specified level α = 0,05. (4) Firm size has significant effect on the Risk Management Disclosure with a significance level of 0,000 is smaller than the specified level α = 0,05. |
