Summary

he study is performed too examine the effect of profitability and leverage toward firm value of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange over period of 2012-2015. The data is obtained based on corporate finance reporting that a publication. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The result are 66 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression. This research result show that profitability and leverage simultaneously having a significan effect on firm value. Test result show that the significance as big as 0,00001 is smaller than the specified level α = 0,05. Partially, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value with a significance level for 0,0001 is smaller than the specified level α = 0,05. Leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value because it has a significancy level for 0,0002 is smaller than a specified level of α = 0,05.
