Özet

The purpose of this research is to define the influence of auditor's independence and competence to the audit quality at Public Accounting Office in East Jakarta. The samples are collected according to the Purposive sampling Method, with the sample amount of 69 auditors. The data used in this research is quantitative data. Data resource of this research is primary data. Collection method is with questionnaire, which is distributed to the Respondents. Data analysis technique of this research is Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS Program version 19.00. The result of this research shows that competence has significant influence to audit quality and independence has also significant influence to audit quality.
