Summary

This study was conducted to determine whether there is influence of Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on Bond Rating. The population in this study are all non financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and sells bonds rated by PEFINDO in 2014-2016. Sampling using purposive sampling is selection of the sample with certain criteria, so the sample obtained is 29 non financial companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and sells bonds rated by PEFINDO in 2014-2016. The analysis technique is using logistic regression models include overall fit test, coefficient of determination test, hosmer and lemshow's goodness of fit test, omnimbus test of model coefficients, parsial test and hypothesis test using t-statistic with probability level of 5%. The result of this study shows that Profitability has a significant effect on Bond Rating, while Liquidity and Leverage has no significant effect on Bond Rating. The results obtained simultaneously Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage has a significant effect on Bond Rating.
