| 520 | |a Hemodialysis is a replacement therapy for kidney function in patients with chronic kidney failure. Stillleaves a number of related decreased quality of life of patients as a negative impact of hemodialysis therapy. An important issue as one of the impacts of hemodialysis is spirituality. Good spirituality can support someone to have a good coping strategy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between spirituality and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at Dr. RSUP Sitanala Tangerang. This study used a quantitative research design with cross sectional and analyzed using the Spearman. The sampling method used purposive sampling as many as 57 respondents. The instruments used in this study were The Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Spiritual Therapy (FACIT-Sp 12) and Kidney Disease and Quality of Life (KDQOL-36). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship with a strong correlation between spirituality and quality of life with a value (p-value 0.00) and a value (r Spearman 0.537). This research is expected to provide additional information for further research and health services to facilitate sufferers in improving their quality of life through aspects of spirituality. | ||
