The cause of this is due to psychological changes in the mother that cause anxiety and stress related to young age, a history of depression or previous baby blues. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant change in maternal knowledge about postpartum blues and postpartum depression. The research design used was a quasi- experimental one group pre-test and post-test with 33 research respondents using a total sampling technique. test results Mc. Nemar has a significant effect on mother's knowledge about postpartum blues and postpartum depression at RSUP Dr. Sitanala Tangerang (p value = 0.022). This application can be used as a medium for implementing health education and counseling for the community. | ||
