In order for the realization of a sense of security and comfort for each volunteer in carrying out his work. Then it is necessary to do research on mental workload and burnout (Maslach Burnout Inventory) volunteers. Measurement of mental workload using the NASA TLX and burnout method with the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire. The calculation results show that there are still high and moderate levels of mental workload. The results of processing with SPSS software for a series of statistical tests is that there is no significant relationship between the mental workload on the Maslach Burnout Inventory, or it can be said that the mental workload does not have much influence on the Maslach Burnout Inventory | ||
