Objective: To analyze the relationship between Apache II scores and the mortality rate of Covid-19 patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). Methods: The design of this research is descriptive analytic using quantitative research methods with a retrospective approach in the form of secondary data, namely medical records. Results: This study showed that male Covid-19 patients in the Intensive Care Room dominated 60.7%. The highest prevalence is aged 65-74 years with a percentage of 54.0%. Chronic comorbidities/comorbid post-emergency/non-operative surgery with a percentage of 57.5%. There is a correlation between apache II scores and mortality events based on the results of the chi square test with a p-value of 0.000 (p=<0.05). Further studies are needed to assess and compare the strength of the APACHE II scoring system as a predictor of mortality in the intensive care unit population. Keywords: apache II score, covid19, icu, mortality
