HUBUNGAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP TINDAKAN PENCEGAHAN DAN PENGENDALIAN INFEKSI DI RAWAT INAP RSUD KABUPATEN BEKASI

Summary

Hospitals are places for people to get health services and care, and want the best treatment. However, it is not uncommon for people who do treatment in the hospital to actually get a new disease when they are in the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and respondent characteristics to infection prevention and control measures inpatient room RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi. This research method uses descriptive analytics with a cross sectional approach. Sampling was a total sampling of 119 respondents. The results of the chi square test obtained a p value of <0.05 (0.000) meaning that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and infection prevention and control measures. The p value of <0.05 (0.007) means that there is a relationship between age and infection prevention and control measures. Hospital management needs to improve the quality of nurses by motivating nurses to take PPI actions properly.
