The purpose of this research is the design of the route and the design of the marine evacuation system that will be used on the Nusa Putera Ex ship. Santa Regina. The writing is expected to be useful as a reference in the world of shipping and is expected to be a consideration for PT. Putera Master of the Mulia Crossing Facility as the owner of the Nusa Putera ship for the MES design follows the rules set by SOLAS. The research method used in this research is a literature study that contains the design of the MES, the manufacture of shipping lanes, the calculation of the length of time and the analysis of the suitability of the MES departure route to other ferries. The results obtained in this thesis are the design of the muster point which is located on the Upper Deck of the Nusa Putera ship which has a distance of 7.8 M from the sea line.
