| Summary: | Covid-19 pandemic, impact many small businesse. Especially in the financial aspect which is the core of the business. For example One of the Coffee Shop businesses is Ngoepi Coffee Shop. Ngoepi Coffee Shop is one of the Coffee Shops located in the South Jakarta, fatmawati. Ngoepi has been established since 2019 with a concept "feels like home". Before the pandemic, Ngoepi's Coffee Shop revenue was still experiencing relatively stable sales, then until now since the pandemic, Ngoepi Coffee Shop has experienced a significant decline in sales and there has been no further increase since the pandemic. From these problems, the researchers conducted a business feasibility test by reviewing the NPV, IRR, PP and PI values for the financial aspect, as well as analyzing the sensitivity of 3 conditions, namely optimistic, best, and pessimistic. The research also using Business Model Canvas, to describe a business model and to design a business rationale, based on data from interviews with business owners by classifying the nine business elements in the Business Model Canvas. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the business is feasible to run with the optimistic and best criteria, but not for the pessimist. |
