Summary:Social media has become a part of human life in the digital era, especially the effects of restrictions on direct meetings as a result of COVID-19. This has triggered an increase in online activity through social media and one of the social media that is back in trend is Twitter. The rise of base accounts with a large and varied number of followers such as @txtdrberseragam allows the formation of certain opinions regarding the contents of the account. The research questions are: 1) How is the analysis of cyber media through virtual ethnography on the Twitter account @txtdrberseragam related to the text content of Abdi Negara? 2) What is the opinion that is formed in the public of @txtdrbersagam followers towards the servants of the country as a whole? This study aims to find out the explanation of cyber media analysis through virtual ethnography on the Twitter account @txtdrberseragam related to the text content of Abdi Negara, as well as to find out how public opinion is formed on followers of @txtdrberseragam towards Abdi Negara as a whole. The method used in this study is qualitative with a Virtual Ethnography approach, and uses cyber media analysis with four levels and uses the theory of Computer Mediated Communication. The results show that the Twitter account @txtdrberseragam fulfills the concept of four levels of cyber media analysis through virtual ethnography, where the account understands procedures and takes advantage of application features through uploaded content, interactions occur from followers with the content, and opinions form from his followers are related to the State Servant profession, namely not generalizing the State Servant profession as being uploaded by the account, but only regretting that the most exposed by the media are people in uniform with deviant behavior like what is on the account.
