The rapid development of today's era raises the desire of people who crave welfare guarantees in old age, namely pension funds. Pension funds are obtained after a person's working period ends. However, there are still some companies that do not understand the importance of ensuring the welfare of workers in old age. In fact, entering a period that is no longer productive does not allow people to be able to work again. Meanwhile, on the other hand, people's daily needs will continue to run and of course people will need unexpected expenses, as well as other expenses. The management of pension funds can be carried out by banking institutions, one of which is PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten which has business activities to collect public funds in the form of a pension fund, namely the Financial Institution Pension Fund or BJB DPLK. With the DPLK program at Bank BJB, in addition to providing convenience for the public in depositing pension funds, this program is also a source of funds at Bank BJB for financing in carrying out bank operational activities. The purpose of this final report is to find out the development of the Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK) program at Bank BJB by looking at and concluding the graph of the achievement of DPLK managed funds and the growth of participants in the last 5 years.
