The phenomenon of Economic Exploitation that occurs in children is a significant issue to be discussed. This is because the act of exploitation can provide a multidimensional threat as a result of the spillover impact for the sustainability of a country. In responding to this condition, the government is trying to make various efforts to be able to overcome this problem, one of which is the government is collaborating with UNICEF. To be able to develop the analysis in this research, there is the use of the concept of policy implementation and child exploitation. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive analysis research type. The final result of this research reveals that the cooperation that exists between Indonesia and UNICEF is carried out through the implementation of policies through the Country Program Action Plan (CPAP) in tackling the problems of Child Economic Exploitation that occur in Indonesia by involving several parties, both the Ministry, social institutions and the community.
