Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, most levels of society rely on the internet. The increasing popularity of the internet which is getting out of control will bring new challenges, especially Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD). The adolescent age group is the group most vulnerable to IAD. It has been revealed in several studies that internet use at an addictive level causes many negative effects on an individual's physique. Purpose: This study aims to determine the correlation between Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD) with physical activity, sleep duration, and nutritional status among adolescent students of SMAN 6 Bekasi during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This study used a stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 98 respondents. The approach used is cross-sectional with questionnaire instruments and anthropometric measurements. Results: After analyzing using the chi-square test, show that there is a significant relationship between Internet Addiction Disorder with physical activity, a significant relationship between Internet Addiction Disorder with sleep duration, and a significant relationship between Internet Addiction Disorder with nutritional status (p<0, 05) among adolescent students of SMAN 6 Bekasi. | ||
