| 520 | |a Coffeeshop G adalah sebuah kedai yang menyediakan berbagai macam olahan kopi. Masalah yang muncul di perusahaan yaitu performansi supplier tidak dapat memenuhi keinginan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mencari supplier terbaik pada Coffeeshop G dengan Metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 4 kriteria untuk dijadikan bahan perbandingan, yaitu Price, Quality, Deliver, Warranties and Claim Product. Metode AHP digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang kompleks menjadi struktur hierarki dan digunakan untuk melakukan pembobotan kriteria. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode AHP menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Price memiliki bobot prioritas paling tinggi yaitu sebesar 0,49. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : Dari ketiga supplier yaitu Ngombe Coffee, Kultur Kopi dan Semeru, terpilih Ngombe Coffee sebagai alternatif terbaik menggunakan metode TOPSIS dengan nilai preferensi sebesar 0,5507. | ||
