| Summary: | Along with the poverty rate, which is rising year after year, the Bogor City National Development Planning Agency (Baznas), which directs numerous distribution programs, also contributes to efforts to reduce poverty, particularly in the Bogor city region. In actuality, though, Bogor's poverty rate is occasionally rising. This study seeks to understand how, from a maqashid sharia standpoint, Baznas in the city of Bogor can take steps to maximize the distribution of ZIS in an effort to combat poverty. This study employs a qualitative methodology and descriptive analysis. The collecting of data is the first step in field research, which is then followed by compilation, explanation, presentation, and conclusion. The findings of this study suggest that the Bogor City Baznas group or grade needs according to mustahik's income in order to optimize the ZIS distribution and ensure that the nominal distribution of ZIS funds received by mustahik is in line with their demands. The ZIS distribution program in poverty reduction efforts by the Bogor City Baznas can be claimed to have completed the five levels of maqashid sharia overall, however 1 (one) indication of the five levels of maqashid has not been fulfilled optimally based on the maqashid sharia indicators. |
