| Summary: | In the management of a bank, it must be in line well. The bigger a company is, the more problems and aspects that need to be considered by management if it wants to achieve maximum financial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance as measured by the board of directors, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, supervisory board of syaraih and Company Size on the financial performance of Islamic commercial banks (BUS) registered with the OJK with the observation period 2013-2020. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The samples used in this study were 9 Sharia Commercial Banks using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data analysis by combining time series and cross section data. The results of this study show that there is an influence of independent boards of commissioners and supervisory boards on financial performance as measured by Return on Asset (ROA). Meanwhile, the variables of the board of directors, audit committee, and company size did not have a significant effect on financial performance as measured by ROA in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2013-2020 period. |
