Summary

In everyday life, it is not foreign to hear the word sandwich generation, which means that the generation is squeezed due to the dual role of bearing the burden of elderly parents who are no longer working. Like a sandwich that will continue to bear the family in old age, if it continues to happen then the chain of generations will never be broken. To reduce this, the company or the agency where the agency works will deduct a small percentage of the basic salary that will be given to the pension fund as a form of gratitude for the dedication and hard work while working for the company. Like the program offered by PT. Regional Development Bank of West Java and Banten, Tbk, namely the Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK) program. This program can make it easier for employees or permanent workers with contributions that are classified as reaching aspects of society in general. The implementation of the Pension Fund program is also considered not too difficult because in practice it is very easy, simple and safe, and is under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority
