| Summary: | This study is quantitative research and aims to analyze the significant effect of board of commissioners' gender diversity, board of directors' gender diversity, and nationality diversity on performance of economic, environmental and social sustainability. This study uses a sample of non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. This study also uses five control variables, namely leverage, firm size, firm age, profitability, and industry effect. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports and company sustainability reports with a total of 135 samples processed using STATA version 14. The results of this study prove that board of commissioners' gender diversity does not significantly affect the performance of economic, environmental and social sustainability. Board of directors' gender diversity has no significant effect on the performance of economic, environmental and social sustainability. Board of directors' nationality diversity does not significantly affect the performance of economic and environmental sustainability. Board of directors' nationality diversity has a positive and significant effect on social sustainability performance.
