520 |a This research is a quantitative report that fully aims to detail the Effect of leadership style, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit employees of Bogor Regency. Satpol PP is an organization that has the task of managing the fields of law enforcement, community protection, and local community order and peace. In this review, the population is Satpol PP employees with non-echelon/staff/leadership positions, not entirely determined by the number of samples of 82 respondents using purposive examination techniques and information collected by distributing questionnaires via google form. In this study using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9. In this study, the results of the R Square are 0.748 or 74.8%, then the results of hypothesis testing in this study are as follows, (1) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance which gives an effect of 0.285, ( 2) there is a positive and significant effect between work discipline on employee performance which has an effect of 0.222, and (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance which has an impact of 0.416.
