520 |a This research was carried out to know and show whether there is an influence that occurs on the human resource information system (HR), workload, and knowledge sharing on the organizational performance of employees at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia with a total of 49 respondents who distributed through a questionnaire. In processing this research using probability sampling technique sampling and examined the heterogeneity used as a sample. This study uses applications in the process of testing and processing data with the help of SmartPLS 3.0, partially (T), and simultaneously (F). The following results from this study are (1) human resource information systems have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, (3) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, (4) human resource information system, workload and knowledge sharing simultaneously affect the organizational performance of Inspectorate III at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
