520 |a This research aims to determine the influence of work training, work discipline, and work motivation on lecturer performance faculty of economics and business at Pamulang University using the quantitative method. This study used a probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula and found that the subject was 91 people. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. SmartPLS 3.2.9 application was used to analyse data and the result showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between work training variables on performance with a coefficient value of 0.302. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline variables on performance with a coefficient value of 0.326 and (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation variables on performance with a coefficient value of 0.309.
