Summary:Analysis of Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction (Case Study on Administrative Staff of PT Putra Kusuma Elektrik Bogor) By Braja Rafi Rakasiwi ABSTRACT Job satisfaction is a positive or negative feeling of a worker towards his job. The research method used is qualitative research with the aim of understanding and analyzing the Job Satisfaction of Administrative Staff of PT Putra Kusuma Elektrik (PT PKE). Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The interview used is a semi-structured interview with 6 people as participants, including one Head of Administrative Staff, four Administrative Staff, and one Head of Field Staff. The data validation method used is triangulation technique. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results that can be concluded from this study are that there are 5 indicators that affect job satisfaction of Administrative Staff of PT Putra Kusuma Elektrik (PT PKE), namely satisfaction with salary, satisfaction with co-workers, satisfaction with the work itself, satisfaction with supervision, promotion opportunities. The job satisfaction of administrative staff is still low because there are 3 indicators that contribute to dissatisfaction, namely satisfaction with salary, satisfaction with the work itself, and promotion opportunities. While the indicators of the satisfaction with co-workers and satisfaction with supervision have been able to meet the job satisfaction of the Administrative Staff of PT PKE.
