In this era of digitalization, consumers must start using digital payment methods, but according to data, there are still many who use the cash on delivery payment method or pay on the spot. Therefore, an appropriate formulation of the problem in this research is determined whether sales promotion, trust and difficulty affect purchasing decisions. Then the purpose of this study is to prove and analyze whether sales promotion, trust, and difficulty of purchasing decisions. The population in this study are shopee e-commerce users who use the cash on delivery payment method in Jabodetabek with quantitative data types and purposive sampling methods. The sample used is 100 consumers. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results obtained are variables that sales promotion, trust and convenience have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on cash on delivery payment methods in e-commerce shopee.
