Employee turnover can be seen in employees who do not have maximum performance in their work. This research is a qualitative research that aims to describe employee turnover at PT Smn Bangun Nusantara in Bekasi. Data collection in this study was conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. Interviews were conducted in a semi-structured manner with informants including a company owner, an HR manager, an assistant HR manager, a foreman, field employees and employees who have resigned from the company. To prove the validity of the data in the study, the researcher used the data triangulation method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by performing data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the influencing factor in this study was the compensation factor. Keywords: Turnover, Employees, Construction Company
