The research population used in this study is a Shopee Food driver who is domiciled in North Gandaria Village, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta. Consisting of 100 respondents which is the sample used in this study, the sampling method is non-probability sampling through purposive sampling. The data collected was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires at the research site. This study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method as a data analysis technique used by means of a 5% real level value. Based on this research, the results show that (1) Compensation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (2) Training has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. | ||
