| Summary: | This research is using quantitative study aimed to prove the effect of audit committee, managerial ownership and independent commissioner. This study uses Kompas 100 indexed companies for the period 2018 - 2021. The sampling technique used in this study, namely the purposive sampling with the acquisition of sampling 132 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple regression analysis with result showed that each independent variable in this study is the audit committee, ownership managerial and independent commissioner has no effect on the company value. |
