Summary:PT. Bank Kookmin Bank (KB) Bukopin South Jakarta Head Office in carrying out economic growth and regional development to run more effectively supervises all employee performance at Bank Kookmin Bank (KB) Bukopin South Jakarta Head Office. Because basically employees at Bank Kookmin Bank (KB), are Human Resources (HR) whose existence is very important in supporting the company through performance and also the role of HR in order to improve the quality of financial services at Bank Kookmin Bank (KB) Bukopin Head Office. The individual ability of each existing employee affects the quality of banking services to customers so that they can run according to established procedures. One way that can be done in monitoring employee performance is through quality assurance. This study aims to determine the role of quality assurance in supervising employee performance at PT. Bank Kookmin Bank (KB) Bukopin Head Office South Jakarta. This type of research is field research (field research). The nature of this research is descriptive. Sources of data obtained through primary and secondary data sources, data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis by drawing conclusions using inductive thinking. The results showed that the role of quality assurance in supervising employee performance at PT. Bank Kookmin Bank (KB) Bukopin Head Office South Jakarta. It has been implemented well, but there are still obstacles in the field such as not fulfilling all the main tasks of quality assurance and not monitoring all employee performance indicators. In addition, training is also needed so that employees can work better and according to procedures so that changes can be seen for the better.
