| Summary: | Smartphones are a form of growing era and technology, one of which is an android type smartphone that has developed very rapidly, so that smartphones are very important in accordance with the times, Smartphones can have a negative impact as well as positive impacts, smartphones are used to commit criminal acts. Currently, many cases are carried out by eliminating traces of crime. The deleted evidence is one of the important pieces of evidence for the authorities to carry out investigations to resolve crimes in court. Mobile Forensic is a branch of digital forensics that deals with the return of data or evidence from mobile devices. This evidence can be used as a basis for law enforcement investigations of cyber crime cases. The case simulation was carried out using the EaseUS Data Recovery and Wondershare Dr Fone. The method used in this study is the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method. This method is a step that can be done for digital forensics. This method has a sequence of stages of identification, collection, examination, analysis, and reporting. After the experiment was carried out, an analysis was carried out so that there were results in the form of findings that were used for investigation and evidence of crime was obtained by individuals using an Android-type smartphone. |
