| Summary: | The Sinar Medik Clinic website has a website interface that does not pay attention to user experience, which makes it difficult for users to get the information they want and some features do not work properly. This research is held to redesign the user interface of the Sinar Medik Clinic medical website by referring to the user experience of website users. The redesign is carried out to update the appearance of the old website to matching the user needs, thus the usability of the website for the clinic will be optimal because prospective patients can also be satisfied with the ease of getting information and services through the website. Since 2017 until now there has never been a website evaluation, therefore to determine the quality of the website user experience in this study, the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method will be used. UEQ will produce a categorization of which aspects of user experience are good and bad which will be used as a reference to make improvements to the website design, with UEQ to achieve reliable data the number of respondents to the questionnaire must be more than 30 respondents. To update the appearance of the website, it is done using the User Centered Design (UCD) method which focuses on users who will later use the website of Sinar Medik Clinic, then the redesign will be done using the figma design application. In this study, the quality of the user experience of the Sinar Medik Clinic website after the redesign increased on all the 6 aspects of the UEQ with an overall average result of 1.77 scale, the improvement is expected to improve the user experience problems of the website and the results of the redesign can be recommended to be applied to the Sinar Medik Clinic. |
