Doing research at SMA Negeri 60 Jakarta aims to evaluate E-learning at SMA Negeri 60 Jakarta to determine its usability value by applying the Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) and Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) methods. The sample of this research is active students. In the usability evaluation, there are 3 metrics, namely effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction. The results of effectiveness metric through success rate is 74%. The result of efficiency metric through overall relative efficiency is 81%. Meanwhile, in determining satisfaction metric using the PSSUQ questionnaire with an average score of all subscales reaching 4,14. The PSSUQ questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale has the principle of where the score is getting higher also the usability is getting better. The output of this research is a re-design of the user interface design which can be used as a recomendation for SMA Negeri 60 Jakarta in order to the users can have a good experience and the usefulness of e-learning.
