However, SMA Negeri 31 Jakarta's website does not pay attention how the visitors navigate and use it. This study seeks to improve the appearance of the website of SMA Negeri 31 Jakarta with an attractive visual appearance of the application and optimizing user engagement with the SMA Negeri 31 Jakarta so that it can be used through an easy-to-understand User Experience. In order to solve the issue of users being unable to use the website, the usability factor is crucial. Researchers employed the User Centered Design methodology in this study. The User Centered Design method is used to conduct questionnaires, which are combined with usability testing using the System Usability Scale. The validity and reliability of the data were tested, followed by the assessment of acceptability scores, grading scale, and adjective ratings in order to obtain indicators for redesigning the website of SMA Negeri 31 Jakarta. The current website received a value of 52, while the website redesign received a value of 79. comparison Based on the assessment of the current website and the redesign of the website, a usability value increase of 27 or 51.9% was obtained, resulting in a recommendation for a redesigned website to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the website. | ||
