Background : Neck pain is a common and chronic condition. Neck pain is also a recurring disorder with 60-80% of the working population experiencing neck pain. Neck pain related to work often occur in office workers. Nowadays, office workers who use komputer s will usually experience prolonged static behavior associated with komputer use. This condition can increase neck pain in office workers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the duration of komputer use and neck pain among contractor company employees in Tangerang. Design: This study is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were employees of a contractor company in Tangerang who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria that had been set as many as 20 people. This study used a komputer user duration questionnaire with a standardized nordic questionnaire (SNQ) and a numeric rating scale (NRS). Results: Based on a study of 20 contractors in Tangerang who experienced the highest neck pain complaints in the age group of 21-25 years (60%) with the majority of sufferers 16 people (80%). In the category of duration of computer use <8 hours/day as many as 17 respondents with the category of neck pain complaints mostly in moderate pain 14 people with a percentage of 82.4%, while the duration of computer use >8 hours/day there are 3 respondents with the most neck pain complaints category in severe pain as many as 2 people with a proportion of 66.7%.
