Adolescents will encounter various changes in developmental tasks that must be fulfilled. When adolescents cannot complete tasks and problems, they can make adolescents feel inferior. Low self-esteem can cause adolescents to display inappropriate behaviors such as withdrawing, irritability, lack of self-confidence, and even aggressive behavior such as bullying. Efforts to overcome and prevent bullying behavior require the role of community nurses, one of which is to act as a counselor, namely trying to help teenagers so that they can grow in the direction they choose, can also solve the problems they face and can face the crises they experience in their lives. The counseling that researchers use in this study is to use modeling techniques to reduce adolescent aggressive behavior, one of which is bullying. The purpose of this scientific work is to provide an overview of the implementation of family nursing care with innovative intervention counseling modeling techniques to reduce bullying in adolescents. The intervention was carried out for 2 weeks with 12 meetings. The results of this scientific work show a decrease in scores in adolescents who are managed patients and resumes after being given a modeling technique counseling intervention using pretest and posttest questionnaires. The results of the score for patients with management, namely behavior that is currently bullying with a score of 188, decreased the score to 134 and became a low category of bullying behavior. Based on these results counseling modeling techniques can be used to overcome bullying.
