OPTIMASI PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI CONTINOUS FLOW SHOP DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE SIMULASI ARENA
Carboxymethyl Cellulose as well known as CMC is an additive substance which is eter polimer linear that easy to blend with water and has many function on many areas, such as food industry, farmation, cosmetics, paper, ceramic, oil drilling industries. 520 | |a Carboxymethyl Cellulose as well known as CMC is an additive substance which is eter polimer linear that easy to blend with water and has many function on many areas, such as food industry, farmation, cosmetics, paper, ceramic, oil drilling industries. Because CMC has so many function, it makes a never ending demands of CMC in Indonesia. The purpose of this final project is to know the manufacturing process of CMC by using Continous Line Flow Shop as its flow production and an effort to optimizing the flow of CMC manufacturing. This research method begins with by retrieving primary and secondary data, making a models, data applications to models, up to simulating models by using Arena simulation software. There are 3 Continous Flow Shop CMC manufacturing process models. All models of CMC manufacturing process has Continous Flow Shop as their production flow. Each of the models has their advantages and disadvantages. | ||
