Results Analysis: The results of the nursing actions that have been given are fluid needs by monitoring intake and oral intake, recommending drinking lots of water, giving paracetamol antipyretics, encouraging clients to eat little but often, and taking a calm and reassuring approach. Discussion: The client and family have understood and understood how to prevent DHF and after being given nursing care for 3 days, it is hoped that nursing problems in An.Z have been resolved. | ||
