Background : Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans and animals. Usually in humans it causes infectious diseases of the respiratory tract such as the common cold to very serious diseases, namely Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). The corona virus belongs to a group of viruses that have many kinds of variants and the newest variant is SARS Coronavirus-2 which causes Covid-19. Long Covid is a long-term effect felt by patients who have previously confirmed Covid-19. Most people infected with Covid-19 are declared cured and some continue to experience symptoms such as; fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain, joint pain, headache, cough, excessive anxiety, taste changes, diarrhea and other chronic conditions after the acute period of infection. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of physiotherapy in patients with Long Covid-19. Method : The research design carried out in this scientific paper is a case study. A case study is one of the descriptive analytical studies, namely research that focuses on only one particular case to be analyzed or observed thoroughly. In this study, it only focuses on one subject using secondary data, namely using existing data. The data collection method used is observation using several instruments, namely: 1. Anecdotal notes are to record specific symptoms according to events 2. Periodic notes are to record symptoms sequentially. Result : After eight physiotherapy actions were given with intervention using infrared, breathing exercise and diaphragmatic breathing modalities, the results showed a decrease in shortness of breath by measurement using the borg scale and an increase in functional ability as measured using mMRC and the six minute walking test.
